It has enabled us to realize ideas that previously seemed futuristic and unfeasible: the automation of production processes, the remote management of machinery, and the creation of true smart kitchen/hotel systems that, by supporting personnel, allow for the reduction of management efforts related to the machine park. These objectives have been achieved by the IPEI technical department through the use of cutting-edge PLCs and in-house developed software. By integrating with various basic electronics, this approach allows for the creation of an unprecedented synergy between machines.
The constant increases in energy costs have driven the company towards a green conception of Ho.Re.Ca. processes.
The need to guarantee optimal performance and reduced consumption has led the IPEI technical department to develop a company load optimizer, entirely developed and built in-house. These devices are capable of sampling the consumption of equipment, performing diagnostics, and managing them in an orderly and sequential manner, in order to reduce the overall consumption of the machinery.

We are able to supply, install, and maintain all air conditioning systems in the Daikin range with a single common denominator: energy saving. This is achieved with a high level of climate comfort and smart home integration.
IPEI follows the construction site step by step, starting from the design phase: the engineer leading the technical department personally sizes the system and will execute the work meticulously and quickly, coordinating with the other trades involved.
After-sales service is managed to ensure rapid intervention and efficiency, as air conditioning is a service that is indispensable nowadays.

IPEI has always aimed to satisfy all the needs of its customers, which is why the staff in the technical department are constantly searching for new products, relying primarily on feedback from the operators of end clients and the technicians who maintain the various equipment.
This market screening process has led IPEI to become a dealer for the most prestigious brands. Suffice it to say that all the ovens and multi-function kitchen equipment installed in 2022 are Rational branded, just as all the heat pumps are Daikin and the kitchens are Molteni, Zanussi, and Mareno – cornerstones of the Ali Group. IPEI’s offering is not limited to just the commercialized products. The company also boasts a department for the production of custom-made stainless steel goods, such as monobloc kitchens, tables, cabinets, hoods, and much more.
Each technician-assistant team is assigned a van equipped with everything necessary to carry out the work, including: digital pressure gauge, refrigerant gas cylinders, combustion gas analyzers, electrical current testers, vacuum pump for refrigeration, refrigerant gas recovery unit, pneumatic hammer, cordless drill, cordless angle grinder (flex), rotary hammer drill, pipe bender, tube expander, electronic refrigerant gas leak detectors, laser distance measurers, laser level, electric wall chaser (machine for making electrical chases in walls), electric planer, ratchet wrench set.

DIGITALIZATION OF WORK ORDER MANAGEMENT
We have begun the digitalization phase of work reports, linked to a shared activity calendar, to increase productivity and cut costs. The new Work Order Management system eliminates low-value manual tasks and produces immediate and accurate final reports, complete with every type of information viewable in real-time by both the management control and quality department and the client themselves.
IT SECURITY
We are finalizing the virtualization process of our Servers using VMWARE technology. Thanks to Disaster Recovery software, our goal is to never have to stop due to “technical issues.” Coupled with a highly professional firewall system from CISCO, this ensures peace of mind in carrying out our work.
