For the evocative Isca Island, once owned by Eduardo De Filippo, IPEI designed and installed a Mareno professional kitchen, integrated with Rational ovens and custom stainless-steel fabrication.
The project included the production of bespoke elements such as hoods and stainless-steel structures, manufactured in our workshop, with a strong focus on efficiency, functionality and architectural integration.
The system is completed by an intelligent hood management solution through domotics, allowing optimized airflow control, improved comfort, enhanced safety and greater energy efficiency.
