For the La Marinella beach club and restaurant in Sant’Agnello, we created a new, complete professional kitchen, designed to optimize workflows and ensure high performance at every moment of service.
The project included the installation of a Mareno cooking range, a Rational oven, a Zanussi oven, an Irinox blast chiller, and an advanced hood management panel equipped with a WGC system for intelligent and efficient ventilation.
Completing the project is a custom-built stainless steel extraction hood, crafted in our in-house workshop, a symbol of the artisanal care and quality that distinguishes each of our projects.
